Game Last Night

Ok ok....I know i have been a little slack with keeping up the spirits......But Back in the game!
Monique sent out an email this after noon!

Hello netballers, well a big thank you to everyone who turned up to play last night and welcome to Nikki and her daughters. It was great game, evenly matched but the orange team captained by Michelle managed to take the match over the blue team, captained by Sarah, 14 to 11.


As mentioned the final night for netball this year will be Tuesday November 24th so we'd love to see a great turn out over the coming weeks.

Mark your diaries for Friday December 4th for the Pattaya Netball Christmas Bash. Tentative plans are for a casual dinner and for those who wish to kick on drinks, dancing, challenges etc will come later. If anyone knows of a great place for dinner please let me know, I don't go out much!

Could you please RSVP for dinner by Friday November 27th. We will send an RSVP reminder the week of the 23rd.

Netball Tonight!

Ok so made a decision; the court is just going to be SSSSOOOOOO saturated and wet and yucky and we totally need to find and indoor court! ASAP!

Well after a full 2 weeks of down pours it looks like this morning it may just have cleared up enough for a game? Lets hope the weather remains in our favour.
However if it doesnt. I'll send out the Cancellation email/text at round 5pm. Also will post on FB and The blog that its been cancelled so WATCH THIS SPACE :)

Well tonights Challengers is the Pattaya Princesses Vs. The Meteors. Both teams are bottom of the Log. Lets see who will rise up to the challenge tonight!

Shooting Stars Shoot to VICTORY!

The Shooting Stars; Captained by Shelly "Quick Step" rose to victory after a challenging game against the Metors; Captained by Wayne "Word-we-cant-say'; The strong defence of the Shooting Stars took the fumbling Metors attcking line by suprise. Deon "Long Arms" was on the ball every time and his defensive tactic unfailing. On the Attacking side; Wendy "Never-miss-a-goal" took the Metor Defensive on with her unwaivering ablitity to "Swish" the ball every time. Shelly Q and Chantals sneaky moves proved to out with the metors every time.
The flowing team work from the Shooting Stars was flawless Leading to their 34-14 Victory!
The Metors gave their all, with brilliant intercepting from Shelly M; Sheridan and Wayne.
Attacking center for both teams was Michelle; who was always available to pass too!
What a game and What a night!
Join us next week as the Metors take on the Pattaya Princesses for movement up the Log!

Shooting Stars and Meteors Take on the Challenge again!

Ok; so after the Monsooned out Game from last week; the Shooting Stars and Metors will be up against each other yet again! So a sneaky "fly on the wall" information tells me that tension is high in both camps! Training has been on! (Training includes lifting the TV remote; Playing with the kids and walking to the car! :) ) So come and let that tension out on the court!
